UI/UX Design - Wistron  2021

​

• Conduct user research and visualized user needs by user journey map for mechanical engineers and factory users. Based on the insights of target users' pain point, redesign and create a new debugging process in manufacturing and co-working with vendor.  

​

• The re-engineering values focus on Cross-functional Debugging, Issue Commonality and Centralization of Data Management.  

​

• As a scrum team member in this project, lead the team to clarify user needs. Further, create prototype to confirm UI flow and adjust rapidly with flexibility to meet client deadlines.

​

• Build Design System with develop team for digital transformation series projects and successfully implemented common module of design guideline as the first project to reduce development cost.
