UI/UX Design - Wistron  2021

​

• Conduct interviews with Mechanical engineers in Wistron to redesign their offline Drawing Release and Tooling Modification tracking process into a new tracking system on web/app.

​

• The re-engineering values are based on Vendor Traceability, Rework Reduction and Centralization of Management for further data analysis.  

​

• As a scrum team member, create prototype to communicate with users to get feedbacks quickly and then modify in a fast pace while keeping the entire process stay with consistency.
