UI/UX Design - Foxconn 2022/2023

​

• Conduct interviews with product managers to organize procurement users' workflow in Foxconn. Redesign quotation process to save their time in daily work and meet the finance alignment.  

​

• The redesign values focus on RFQ Quotation speed up and Cross-functional data alignment to enhance situational adaptability in manufacturing price simulation.

​

• After successful user feedback from the trial with customer L, we proceeded to introduce the system to 2 more existing customers in Foxconn and will continue to promote it to all customers within the business group.

​

• As a scrum team member in this project, follow the strategy of product lead to design UI flow and make sure meet the UX principles. Meanwhile, adjust interface rapidly with flexibility which based on user's feedback.​
